Maybe you’re here because you’re struggling with mental health difficulties, or facing a difficult life transition at the moment. Or you have a lot on your plate and you’re overwhelmed with managing it all. Or you might be here because you’d like to work through the lasting effects of trauma.

Whatever your reason, you don’t have to face it alone.

Hello!

I’m Tina, a registered trauma–informed and trauma–trained clinical psychologist with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I have experience working with adult clients (aged 21 and above) who have mental health difficulties, such as

  • Trauma (including perinatal trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, and developmental trauma)
  • Depression
  • Anxiety and Stress
  • Adjustment difficulties and other general life stressors/transitions
  • Challenges with matrescence (developmental transition to motherhood)

My therapy approach is trauma–informed; thus, my focus is on providing a supportive space where there is trust and collaboration. No matter how big or small the problems that you’re struggling with are, my goal is to guide you towards healing and empowerment.

Supervision of Psychologists

As a registered supervisor with the Singapore Register of Psychologists, I also have experience in supervising early-career (junior) psychologists. My supervision approach is grounded in providing a supportive, reflective, and constructive environment to help you grow as a clinician.

My focus will be on fostering your clinical skills, enhancing your therapeutic techniques, and helping you build confidence in managing complex cases. Supervision sessions will be tailored to meet your needs.

My goal is to help you develop a strong clinical foundation while promoting your personal growth as a mental health professional.

If you’re looking for a collaborative and nurturing supervisory relationship to guide you in your clinical journey, I would be privileged to support you in this next step of your career.
